Video Services of Virginia offers in-home service on most brands of television. We
provide on-site service within a 25-mile radius of our home office. In-home service is
normally available between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and evenings or weekends by
appointment. We will make every effort to arrange an appointment that is convenient
to you. Our technician will make every attempt to repair your television in the home.
In most cases, we will need access to the rear of your unit, so please be sure it is

An $89.00 travel and diagnostic fee will be charged on our first visit. This charge
covers the cost of the visit to your home and diagnosis of the problem. If the repair is
not completed on the first visit, an estimate of the total cost to repair will be provided
at no additional charge. Should the unit need to be removed from the home for
service, the estimate will include any additional pickup and delivery charges.
